Indications / Uses : Treatment of ischemic symptoms including ulceration, pain and coldness of the extremities in chronic arterial occlusion. Prevention of recurrence of cerebral infarction (excluding cardiogenic cerebral embolism).

Administration : Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take at least ? hr before or 2 hr after meals.
Contraindications : CHF; hemostatic disorders or active pathological bleeding eg hemophilia, increased capillary fragility, bleeding peptic ulcer, intracranial bleeding, hemorrhage in the urinary tract & vitreous body, hemoptysis. Infants & childn. Women of childbearing potential. Pregnancy & lactation.
Special Precautions : Monitor patients for anginal symptoms. Moderate or severe hepatic impairment. Severe renal impairment.
