Vit B1 50 mg, vit B6 100 mg, vit B12 100 mcg, paracetamol 500 mg
Indications / Uses:
Mild to moderate pain including lumbalgia, radiculitis, spondylitis, neck pain, shoulder pain/shoulder-arm-syndrome (brachialgia), sciatica & carpal tunnel syndrome, pain after surgery & other painful conditions.

Special Precautions:
Administration of vit B12 >10 mcg may produce hematological response in patients w/ folate deficiency; indiscriminate use may mask precise diagnosis. In all other cases after the painful acute phase of the disease has subsided, further treatment & prophylaxis of relapse should be carried out w/ vit B1, B6, B12. Patients w/ hepatic insufficiency, chronic alcohol abuse, severe renal insufficiency, impaired G6PD.
Side Effects / Adverse Reactions:
Vit B1, B6, B12: Hypersensitivity reactions, GI complaints, chromaturia. Paracetamol: Hypersensitivity reactions, skin reactions, GI disorders, hematological reactions, hepatic effects.
Dosage / Direction for Use:
Adult, elderly & childn >14 yr 1 tab once daily to tid. May be taken every 4-6 hr, until not exceeding 4,000 mg of paracetamol w/in 24 hr.
