Contraindications :
Severe renal & hepatic impairment &/or cholestasis. Pregnancy & lactation.
Special Precautions :
Monitor BP, serum potassium & creatinine levels; renal artery stenosis, impaired hepatic or renal function, intravascular vol depletion, hemodynamically relevant aortic or mitral valve stenosis or obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, primary hyperaldosteronism.
