Adverse reaction:
High doses of ginseng may lead to mastalgia, hypertension, morning diarrhea, skin eruptions, sleeplessness, nervousness, edema, depression and amenorrhea. High doses of lecithin may cause objectionable body odor, nausea, vomiting, salivation, anorexia, abdominal bloating, belching and steatorrhea.
