Indications / Uses
Treatment of vit B1, B6 & B12 deficiencies manifested as: Abnormal touch sensation, muscle pain, loss of reflexes in the hands, knees, ankles, calves & feet; conditions responsive to high dose vit B1, B6, B12 & vit E: Polyneuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, neuralgia, neuritis, Wernicke's disease, Beri-Beri, sideroblastic & pernicious anemia.

May be taken with or without food: May be taken w/ meals for better absorption.

Side Effects / Adverse Reactions
Vit B6: Neurologic effects. Vit E: Blood thinning, stroke w/ bleeding.
Interactions
Vit B1: Neuromuscular blockers, tubocurarine Cl, metocurine iodide, pancuronium & vecuronium bromide. Vit B6: May reduce blood levels of phenobarb or phenytoin. Vit E: Enhanced blood thinning response w/ warfarin, aspirin.
