Indications / Uses
Neuritis, neuralgias, shoulder-arm syndrome, facial paresis, pregnancy neuritis, drug-induced & alcoholic neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, sciatica, lumbago-lumbalgia, intercostal neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia, herpes zoster, optic neuritis, numbness of the extremities, hyperemesis gravidarum, vit B deficiency, CVA.

Dosage / Direction for Use
Neurobion tab 1-2 tab tid. Neurobion Forte tab 2-4 tab in divided doses/day. Neurobion Forte soln for inj Initially 1 amp until acute symptoms subside. Follow-up therapy: 2-3 amp/wk.
Administration
Should be taken with food: Take w/ or after meals. Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Side Effects / Adverse Reactions
Neurobion Forte soln for inj: Sweating, tachycardia & skin reactions w/ itching & urticaria; shock; GI complaints eg, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or abdominal pain.
Decrease effect of levodopa w/ pyridoxine-antagonists eg, INH, cycloserin, penicillamin, hydralazine.
