Guiamar Syrup is used for Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Bronchiectasis and other conditions. Guiamar Syrup may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide. Guiamar Syrup contains Carbocisteine as an active ingredient. Guiamar Syrup works by reducing the viscosity of sputum.
