Glychlor Syrup is used for Cough, Common cold, Allergy, Chest congestion, Patients with metabolic alkalosis, Patients with hypochloremic states, Kidney stones,
Obesity, Nasal congestion, Urinary incontinence and other conditions.
Glychlor Syrup may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide. Glychlor Syrup works by reducing the phlegm in the air passages; increasing the excretion of extracellular electrolytes and water out of the body; normalizing the excess acid in the urine and blood; constricting the blood vessels in the body; blocking a certain natural substance called histamine.
