AC-Nex Forte is considered the cough and cold specialist. It is used for cough associated with colds, influenza and other respiratory diseases whether allergic or non-allergic in nature. Ac-Nex Forte Capsule contains Chlorphenamine Maleate, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Guaifenesin, Paracetamol and Phenylpropanolamine Hcl as active ingredients.

Before using Ac-Nex Forte Capsule, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.
1. Asthma
2. Avoid using it if allergic to paracetamol
3. Children
4. Chronic bronchitis
5. Consult your doctor immediately if you develop breathing difficulty, swelling on your face, neck throat or tongue
6. Do not drive or operate machinery
7. Do not take paracetamol if you consume alcoholic beverages every day
8. Emphysema
9. Get up slowly from sitting or lying position
10. If you are suffering from liver or kidney problems, or if you are taking alcohol
