Used for Cough, Pseudobulbar affect, Obesity, Nasal congestion, Urinary incontinence, Allergy, Hay fever, Common cold, Acidity, Gastric problems and other conditions. Ac-Nex Syrup may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide. It contains Chlorphenamine Maleate, Dextromethorphan Hbr, Phenylpropanolamine Hcl and Sodium Citrate as active ingredients. Works by providing relief from cough; constricting the blood vessels in the body; blocking a certain natural substance called histamine; regulating the intake of sodium and potassium.
